Method of preparation
  1. Take Freshly Grated coconut, Aliv seeds and jaggery, mix all of them well and put it in Iron kadai.
  2. Cook on a low flame until it gets the right rolling consistency.
  3. Rub some oil on your palm. Now divide the mixture into small balls about an inch size. Shape into a round shape with the help of your palm. You could roll the ladoos or ball over dried coconut flakes or roasted semolina.
  4. Have them right away or store them in the fridge in an airtight box.

Ingredients: • 100 grams aliv seed (watercress seed) • 50 grams grated jaggery • 100 grams Freshly Grated Coconut • 1 t/s green cardamom powder • 8 to 10 cashews chopped or crushed
