Method of preparation
- Take Freshly Grated coconut, Aliv seeds and jaggery, mix all of them well and put it in Iron kadai.
- Cook on a low flame until it gets the right rolling consistency.
- Rub some oil on your palm. Now divide the mixture into small balls about an inch size. Shape into a round shape with the help of your palm. You could roll the ladoos or ball over dried coconut flakes or roasted semolina.
- Have them right away or store them in the fridge in an airtight box.
Ingredients: • 100 grams aliv seed (watercress seed) • 50 grams grated jaggery • 100 grams Freshly Grated Coconut • 1 t/s green cardamom powder • 8 to 10 cashews chopped or crushed
