Edtech giant Byjus has spent $2 billion for acquisitions in six months. It has now acquired Great Learning for $600 million in a cash and stock deal. Great learning is the company’s second-biggest acquisition with Akash being on top for $1 billion.

HealthifyMe has raised $75 million as a part of its series C funding round led by LeapFrog and Khosla Ventures. This round also saw participation from HealthQuad, Unilever Ventures and Public Investment Fund Elm.

Dozee has raised Rs 44 crore in Series A funding led by existing investor Prime Venture Partners. The round also saw participation from YourNest Venture Capital and 3one4 Capital. Fintech Funding Outplay has raised $7.3 million in Series A funding round led by Sequoia Capital India. Outplay helps automate and personalise sales calls. PB Fintech is planning to raise Rs.6500 crore through an Initial Public Offering. The company is seeing a valuation of 2.4 billion dollars. Online commerce enabler Swift has raised $2.2 million in series A funding round led by Kalaari Capital. Other participants were FirstCheque, the Indian Angel network and other angel investors. Agritech Startup Vegrow has raised $12 million in Series A funding round co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Elevation Capital. Existing investors Matrix Partners India, Ankur Capital, Better Capital and Titan Capital also participated in this round. Bengaluru-based ocean farming startup Sea6 Energy has raised $9 million as a part of its Series B funding round led by Netherlands-based aquaculture fund Aqua-Spark.
