Captain Harpreet Chadha is an Indian army veteran who turned into an entrepreneur – i.e. a soldierpreneurs. He is an Alum of Harvard Business School (HBS) and the first Indian army officer to achieve this honour.
Captain Chadha comes from a generational heritage of distinguished Military Servicemen. Harpreet was commissioned in the Indian
Army’s Elite Parachute Mechanised Regiment and had several prestigious appointments, including Aide-De-Camp to the General Officer Commanding.
He is the Chairman & CEO of Legacy Resources Group, headquartered in Silicon Valley.
The company’s clientele includes well-known Technology companies, Sports Teams, Banks, Auto Dealerships and several other businesses. In addition, legacy Resources Group is a niche player in providing Life Insurance Solutions for Family, Legacy and Estate Planning exclusively to high net worth individuals with clientele across the globe. He is the founder and the Chairman of “Intrust Management”, which provides high-end security solutions in India and several countries in Asia.
He is also a founding member of Heritage Ventures a private equity acquisitions firm-whose portfolio turnaround companies includes the popular Mexican Restaurant Chain “Unamas”. In addition, he was on the Board of the US State Department’s Food Expo held in Milan in 2015. Harpreet’s tenure in Fortune 100 Insurances Services Company has been a success story.
A celebrity in Silicon Valley, he is an ardent supporter of the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation for over a decade.
Harpreet is a Charter member of TiE -The Indus Entrepreneurs, a global nonprofit dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and sits on the boards of several companies, including Veling (Aircraft Financing), Rhombus Power, involved in AI addressing Big Data and Sensing Problems in Security, Energy & Healthcare.
Harpreet hosted the popular US Television Segment called “Financial Fitness” that was syndicated nationally, reaching $12 Million households in over 300 cities across the US. His success has been profiled in several leading publications in the US and India.
An avid golfer, a polo player and hunting are a few of his passions, along with travelling in his spare time. Harpreet lives in California with his wife Payal, son Johshveer and daughter Amaya.
